Notwithstanding Article. 11.10.1, in the event of an emergency constituting an immediate hazard to the health or safety of persons or property, Owner may undertake, at the Contractor's expense and without prior notice, all work necessary to correct any hazardous condition(s) when caused by action(s) of Contractor. 65
