Notwithstanding Article 12. 1 and 12.6, the Manager responsible for vacation allocation and the Local representative or his/her delegate will meet in November each year to review vacation scheduling in order to, as far as practicable, make local arrangements to carry on work while members are on vacation without incurring additional expense for the Corporation.
