Notify. HBDHB will, within a reasonable period of time from receipt of the relevant Impact Report, notify the Supplier of its decision in respect of a Change Request including whether it: (a) accepts the Change Request based on the detail contained in the Impact Report; (b) wishes to renegotiate any aspect of the Change Request; (c) withdraws the Change Request, if initiated by HBDHB; or (d) does not accept the Change Request, if initiated by the Supplier.
