Common use of Notify Union Clause in Contracts

Notify Union. The Union representative shall be advised by telephone or fax of any terminated employee within two (2) days of the termination. Non- compliance with this provision will not void discipline or discharge otherwise meted out, nor will it prejudice the rights of a grievor or the Union in pursuing a grievance.
