Common use of Notification to Return Clause in Contracts

Notification to Return. An employee on long-term leave will be sent a notice from Human Resources according to the following schedule: a. When the return date of said leave is intended to coincide with the opening of school, notification will be given by March 1st of the preceding school year. b. At least sixty (60) days prior to the specified return of said leave when such date falls at any other time during the school year.
