Mutually Agreed Transfers Sample Clauses

Mutually Agreed Transfers. Subd. 1. By mutual agreement of the union, acting on behalf of its member, the School District, with input from affected site supervisors, an employee may be transferred to a regular status position for which they are qualified. Prior job experience, highly qualified status and/or state paraprofessional credentials and job performance evaluations may be considered in the transfer. This position will be at least equal to the number of hours to their current position and not considered temporary.
