Notification to New Employer. In the event that I leave the employ of IBEX, and I become employed by an employer engaged in or which proposes to be engaged in a business competitive with any business which the Company was engaged during my term of employment or in which during the term of my employment the Company proposed to enter or become engaged in, I hereby grant consent to notification by the Company to my new employer about my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
