NOTIFICATION TIMEFRAME. The Government will provide a minimum of 72 hours notification of vehicle needs. Contractor shall not be responsible for meeting requirements when less than 72 hours notice is given. If the Contractor is able to meet the needs of a lesser notification window, no premium price will be paid by the Government.
