Heron Campers will endeavour to supply the vehicle category selected, however should the vehicle booked be unavailable through unforeseen circumstances, Heron Campers reserves the right to substitute an alternative vehicle without prior notification. The alternative vehicle shall be as close a substitute to the booked vehicle as possible. Heron Campers will reasonably determine what, if any, refund may be warranted if a vehicle substitution is required. Should the customer decide to voluntarily downgrade their vehicle type, they will not be entitled to a refund.

Seller must mark the Vehicle as “Arrived” in the TradeRev System no later than two (2) business days after the “Date Expected” indicated on the Vehicle Detail Page; otherwise, the transaction may be cancelled at Buyer’s option. As soon as a vehicle release form is issued, Seller is required to make the Vehicle available for pick‐up at the location indicated on the Vehicle Detail Page. If Seller fails to do so, TradeRev may (at its discretion): (i) require Seller to pay part or all of Buyer’s transportation costs, floor plan financing costs, interest charges, services charges;
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY. Hybrid vehicles are subject to the availability at the renting branch and are not available at all locations. Other restrictions may apply. 12 and 15 passenger vans are subject to availability at the renting branch and are not available in all states. Unless included in the Base Rental Charges listed above, rates for these vehicles will be determined by the applicable originating Enterprise location in its discretion.
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY. In the event that any PVTA-supplied vehicle is placed out- of-service by CONTRACTOR without written authorization of PVTA for a period of more than 20 calendar days, PVTA may deduct from sums due CONTRACTOR the amount of $50.00 for each day said vehicle is out-of-service in excess of twenty (20) calendar days.
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY. By the very nature of our business the number and choice of vehicles is limited. Furthermore, we generally limit our classic vehicle availability to 8 or 9 months of the year (from March/April to October/November) to avoid the winter and road salt. Notwithstanding this if you are interested to a hire “out of season” please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
