Notification of Significant Occurrences. 1. If any specific event or conjunction of circumstances threatens the successful completion of this project, in whole or in part, including where relevant, timely completion of milestones or other program requirements, the Contractor agrees to submit to the State Agency within three (3) calendar days of becoming aware of the occurrence or of such problem, a written description thereof together with a recommended solution thereto.
