Notification of Required or Unauthorised Disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and except where disclosure is to be made to any competent supervisory or regulatory body during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function over you) to inform us of the full circumstances of any disclosure under paragraph 2(b) or upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of Required or Unauthorised Disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and except where disclosure is to be made to any competent supervisory or regulatory body during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function over you) to inform us of the full circumstances of any disclosure under paragraph 2(b) 2[(c)/(d)] or upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of Required or Unauthorised Disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and except where for any disclosure is to be made under paragraph (c)(ii) above to any competent supervisory or regulatory body during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function over youfunction) to inform us of and the full circumstances of Companies prior to any disclosure under paragraph 2(b(c)(ii) (including full details of the circumstances of that disclosure) or upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

You agree (to the extent permitted by law and except where disclosure is to be made to any competent supervisory or regulatory body during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function over you) to inform us of the full circumstances of any disclosure under paragraph 2(bA2(b) above or upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of Required or Unauthorised Disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and except where disclosure is to be made to any competent supervisory or regulatory body during the ordinary normal course of its supervisory or regulatory function over you) to inform us and the Company of the full circumstances of any disclosure under paragraph 2(b) (Permitted Disclosure) above upon or upon as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of Required or Unauthorised Disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and except where for any disclosure is to be made under paragraph b(ii) to any competent supervisory or regulatory body during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function over youfunction) to inform us of and the full circumstances of Companies prior to any disclosure under paragraph 2(b(b)(ii) (including full details of the circumstances of that disclosure) or upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

You agree (to the extent permitted by law and except where disclosure is to be made to any competent supervisory or regulatory body during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function over you) to inform us of the full circumstances of any disclosure under paragraph 2(b2(d) or upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.
