Common use of NOTIFICATION OF PRICE INCREASE Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION OF PRICE INCREASE. If this Contract permits any price increases, the Contractor must notify the Department of Administrative Services, Office of State Purchasing and any affected State customers of the increase at least sixty (60) days before the effective date of the price increase. State customers must be notified at their purchase order "bill to" address contained in the applicable purchase order(s). This notification must specify, when applicable, the product serial number, location, current price, increased price, and applicable purchase order number.
