Notification of Inclusion in Bargaining Unit. METRO will notify each new bargaining unit member that their classification is part of a bargaining unit represented by the Union, and the name of a representative of the Union. If requested, METRO will provide the employee with a packet of information and a membership application form supplied by the Union. If an employee returns a signed membership application form to METRO, METRO will promptly transmit it to the Union.
