NOTIFICATION OF INCIDENTS, CLAIMS OR SUITS. 2 CONTRACTOR shall report to COUNTY, in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of 3 occurrence, the following: 4 Any accident or incident relating to services performed under this Agreement that 5 involves injury or property damage which may result in the filing of a claim or lawsuit against 6 CONTRACTOR and/or COUNTY.
