Common use of Notification of Filings Clause in Contracts

Notification of Filings. The Company will advise the Underwriter, promptly after receiving notice thereof, of the time when the Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus or any Supplementary Material has been filed and, as applicable, the Preliminary Receipt or the Final Receipt therefor has been obtained and will provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriter of each such filing and copies of such receipts.
