Common use of Notification of Disposition Clause in Contracts

Notification of Disposition. The teacher and Association President shall be notified by personal service or by certified mail of the disposition of the matter. If a determination has been made to take disciplinary action, the notice of disposition shall include the disciplinary action to be taken and the reason for the action.
