Common use of Notification Forms Clause in Contracts

Notification Forms. After the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, Holdings and each Co‐Borrower shall furnish the Administrative Agent or the Servicer, as applicable, with an appropriate power of attorney in the form of Exhibit H to send (at the direction of the Majority Lenders) notification forms to the Obligors or any agent, administrative agent, servicer or other person, as applicable, of the Administrative Agent’s interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Majority Lenders).
