Notification Forms. After the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrower shall furnish the Calculation Agent and Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the direction of the Majority Lenders to the Administrative Agent) notification forms to the Obligors or any agent, administrative agent, Counterparty Lender or Underlying Agent of the Administrative Agent’s interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent.
