Common use of Notices, Instructions, Etc Clause in Contracts

Notices, Instructions, Etc. (a) Except as stated herein, the Financial Institution shall not be required to act upon any notice or instruction received from the Member Client or any other person, or to provide any notice or advice to the Member Client or any other person with respect to any matter. (b) The Financial Institution shall be entitled to rely on any written notice or other written communication believed by it in good faith to be genuine and to have been signed by an authorized representative of Member Client, and any such communication shall be deemed to have been signed by such person. Such notice shall be effective on the second Business Day following the day received by the Financial Institution. (c) Except as stated herein, any written notice or other written communication required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be delivered or sent by US mail, if to Member Client, at the address of Member Client on file with the Financial Institution for the Member Client and if to Financial Institution, at the following address: GFA Federal Credit Union Attn: ACH Department ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gardner, MA 01440 ▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ unless another address is substituted by notice delivered or sent as provided heron. Except as otherwise stated herein, any such notice shall be deemed given when received.
