On or prior to the related Closing Date, the Company shall inform by written notice all sub-servicers who perform servicing obligations with respect to the Mortgage Loans of the sale of the Mortgage Loans to the Purchaser and of the transfer of the Servicing Rights to the Purchaser on the related Servicing Transfer Date. The Company shall provide the Purchaser with a copy of the notification letter and an officer's certification that all sub-servicers have been notified by an identical letter.
