The Borrower agrees that notices to be given to any Covenant Entity or any Loan Party under this Agreement or any other Loan Document may be given to the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10.02 with the same effect as if given to such other Person in accordance with the terms hereunder or thereunder.
