Common use of Notice to Offerors Clause in Contracts

Notice to Offerors. I agree that if, during my employment with the Company or the period of the restrictions set out in Section 2, I receive an offer of employment or engagement, I will provide a copy of this Undertaking to the offeror as soon as is reasonably practicable after receiving the offer and will inform the Company of the identity of the offeror.
