Common use of Notice to Lessees Clause in Contracts

Notice to Lessees. Assignor hereby authorized and directs the ----------------- tenants named in the Leases or any other or future tenants or occupants of the Property upon receipt from Assignee of written notice to the effect that the Assignee is then the holder of the Note and that a default exists hereunder or under this Assignment, the Note, the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents to pay over to Assignee all rents and to continue to do so until otherwise notified by Assignee.

Notice to Lessees.
