Notice of Triggering Event. If Upon becoming aware of the occurrence of any Triggering Event, the Borrower shall promptly give written notice thereof to the Collateral Trustee, and the Collateral Trustee at any time receives notice of a Triggering Event, it shall promptly notify each Debt Trustee and the Company Secured Parties in writing that a Triggering Event has occurred.
