Common use of Notice of Termination Clause in Contracts

Notice of Termination. Any termination of Executive's employment by the Company or by Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executive) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party hereto. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Notice of Termination" shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.

For purposes of this Agreement, a "“Notice of Termination" ” shall mean a written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail a summary of the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's ’s employment. No purported termination of Executive’s employment under the provision so indicatedwhich is not made pursuant to a Notice of Termination shall be effective for purposes of this Agreement.

Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive's ’s employment by the Company Employer or by the Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executive) shall be communicated by a written “Notice of Termination Termination” to the other party hereto. For purposes of this Agreement, a "“Notice of Termination" ” shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicatedtermination.

Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive's ’s employment by the Company or by the Executive during the Employment Period (other than termination because of the death of Executivepursuant to Section 3.5) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party heretoparty. For purposes of this Agreement, a "“Notice of Termination" ” shall mean a notice which shall indicate indicating the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set setting forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive's ’s employment under the provision so indicatedthat provision.

Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive's ’s employment by the Company or by the Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executivefor death) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party heretohereto (“Date of Notice”). For purposes of this Agreement, a "“Notice of Termination" ” shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and the Date of Termination and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances circumstances, if any, claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive's ’s employment under the provision so indicated.

Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive's ’s employment by the Company for Cause or by the Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executive) for Good Reason shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party heretoparty. For purposes of this Agreement, a "“Notice of Termination" ” shall mean a written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive's ’s employment under the provision so indicated. The Notice of Termination shall be effective on the date specified in Section 9.8 of this Agreement.

Notice of Termination. Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive's employment by due to the Company Executive's Disability, or by Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executive) for Cause, shall be communicated by written effected pursuant to a Notice of Termination conforming to the other party heretorequirements of this section. Termination of the Executive's employment shall take effect on the Date of Termination.

For purposes of this Agreement, a "Notice of Termination" shall mean a dated notice which shall (1) indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall upon; (2) set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicated; and (3) be given in a manner consistent with the requirements of Section 13.

Notice of Termination. Any purported termination of the Executive's employment by the Company or by the Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executive) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party heretohereto in accordance with Section 9 below. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Notice of Termination" shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive's employment under the provision so indicatedemployment.

For purposes of this Agreement, a "“Notice of Termination" ” shall mean a dated notice which shall (1) indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall upon; (2) set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's ’s employment under the provision so indicated; and (3) be given in a manner consistent with the requirements of Section 13.

Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive's employment by the Company or by the Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executivepursuant to Section 5.1 above) shall be communicated by written Notice notice of Termination termination to the other party hereto. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Notice of Termination" shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon upon, and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicatedtermination.

Notice of Termination. For purposes of this Employment Agreement, a "“Notice of Termination" ” shall mean a notice which shall indicate that indicates the specific termination provision in this Employment Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's ’s employment under the provision so indicated.

Any purported termination of Executive's employment by the Company or by Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executive) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party heretohereto in accordance with Section 8. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Notice of Termination" shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicatedemployment.

Any termination of the Executive's --------------------- employment by the Company or by the Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executivepursuant to Section 4.2) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party hereto. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Notice of --------- Termination" shall mean a written notice which shall indicate the specific ----------- termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to which provide a basis for termination of the Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.

Notice of Termination. Any purported termination of Executive's ’s employment by the Company HDI or by Executive (other than termination because of the death of Executive) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party heretohereto in accordance with Section 8.
