Common use of Notice of Special Meeting Clause in Contracts

Notice of Special Meeting. Notice of a special meeting, stating the time, place and purpose or purposes thereof, shall be given to each shareholder entitled to vote, at least ten days prior to the meeting. The notice shall also set forth at whose direction it is being issued.
