Common use of Notice of Sales of Oil and Gas Properties Clause in Contracts

Notice of Sales of Oil and Gas Properties. Prior to entering into any legally binding agreement to sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of any Oil or Gas Properties (as defined in subsections (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the definition thereof (other than, with respect to clause (e), oil that would not otherwise be included but for the fact that it has been stored in tanks in the ordinary course of business for a short period of time pending collection and sale), prior written notice of such disposition, the price thereof and the anticipated date of closing and any other details thereof reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.
