Common use of Notice of Returned Entries and Notifications of Change Clause in Contracts

Notice of Returned Entries and Notifications of Change. 80.1 Bank shall notify Customer in accordance with Schedule A of the receipt of any returned Entry from the ACH Operator no later than one (1) Business Day after the Business Day of such receipt. Bank shall have no obligation to retransmit a returned Entry to the ACH Operator if Bank complied with the terms of this Part III with respect to the original Entry. If a customer or client of Customer asserts that an Entry was unauthorized, Customer shall be solely responsible to collect any funds owed to Customer. Bank has no obligation to originate a transaction where authorization has been revoked.
