Notice of Resignation or Removal. Upon any resignation or removal of, or appointment of a successor to, the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to this Article VI, the Transferors shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Trustee, the Servicer and the Rating Agencies then rating the Certificates (which, in the case of any such appointment of a successor, shall consist of prior written notice thereof to the Rating Agencies then rating the Certificates).
