Notice of Prepayment. If the Borrowers do not agree with an interest rate set by the Agent under Clause 5.12, the Borrowers may give the Agent not less than 15 Business Days' notice of their intention to prepay the Loan at the end of the interest period set by the Agent.

If the Borrowers do not agree with an interest rate set by the Agent under Clause 5.125.11, the Borrowers may give the Agent not less than 15 Business Days' ’ notice of their intention to prepay the Loan relevant Advance or Advances at the end of the interest period set by the Agent.

Notice of Prepayment. If the Borrowers do not agree with an interest rate set by the Agent under Clause 5.125.12 (Alternative rate of interest in absence of agreement), the Borrowers may give the Agent not less than 15 five Business Days' ’ notice of their intention to prepay the Loan at the end of the interest period set by the Agent.
