Subject to applicable law, if Buyer intends to dispute any amount due under or in connection with this Agreement, Buyer must notify Rapiscan in writing within 30 days of the date such payment is originally due. Buyer waives its right to dispute such amounts or to bring or participate in any legal action involving a dispute of such amounts if not reported within such period.
