Common use of Notice of Late Payment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Late Payment. forthwith upon request by the Bond Trustee give notice to the Bondholders of any unconditional payment to the Bond Trustee of any sum due in respect of the Bonds made after the due date for such payment;
