Common use of Notice of Late Payment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Late Payment. So long as any Security is Outstanding, the Company will forthwith upon request by the Trustee give notice to the Holders of Securities of any unconditional payment to the Trustee of any sum due in respect of the Securities made after the Business Day prior to the due date for such payment.
