Notice of General Meeting. The Trust shall give not less than twenty-one (21) days’ notice of the holding of the annual general meeting, such notice to be advertised in appropriate newspapers and broadcast on a radio station or radio stations in regions where the Trust considers that a significant number of Members of the Whanau Hapu reside.
