Common use of Notice of Forced Outage Clause in Contracts

Notice of Forced Outage. In the event of a Forced Outage that is anticipated to last for more than ten (10) days, in addition to any other notification obligation arising under the ISO Tariffs and Procedures, Owner shall promptly notify the ISO, in accordance with the Outage Scheduling Manual, in writing that a Forced Outage has occurred and estimate its duration (a “Notice of Forced Outage”).
