Notice of Discharge of Hazardous Material or Environmental Complaint. Promptly provide to the Agent true, accurate and complete copies of any and all notices, complaints, orders, directives, claims, or citations received by the Borrower or any Subsidiary and of which the Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice President or Treasurer is aware relating to any (a) violation or alleged violation by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any applicable Environmental Law; (b) release or threatened release by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or at any facility or property owned or leased or operated by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, of any Hazardous Material, except where occurring legally; or (c) liability or alleged liability of the Borrower or any Subsidiary for the costs of cleaning up, removing, remediating or responding to a release of Hazardous Materials.
