Notice of Discharge of Hazardous Material or Environmental Complaint. Promptly provide to the Administrative Agent true, accurate and complete copies of any and all notices, complaints, orders, directives, claims, or citations received by the Borrower or any Subsidiary relating to any (a) violation or alleged violation by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any applicable Environmental Laws or OSHA; (b) release or threatened release by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Hazardous Material, except where occurring legally; or (c) liability or alleged liability of the Borrower or any Subsidiary for the costs of cleaning up, removing, remediating or responding to a release of Hazardous Materials, which violation, alleged violation, release, threatened release, actual liability or threatened liability described in clause (a), (b) or (c) could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
