Notice of Discharge of Hazardous Material or Environmental Complaint. Promptly provide to the Lender true, accurate and complete copies of any and all notices, complaints, orders, directives, claims, or citations received by the Borrower or any Subsidiary relating to any (a) violation or alleged violation by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any applicable Environmental Laws; (b) release or threatened release by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or at any facility or upon any property owned or operated by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, of any Hazardous Material, except where occurring legally; or (c) liability or alleged liability of the Borrower or any Subsidiary for the costs of cleaning up, removing, remediating or responding to a release of Hazardous Materials.

Promptly provide to the Lender Administrative Agent true, accurate and complete copies of any and all notices, complaints, orders, directives, claims, or citations received by the Borrower or any Subsidiary relating to any material (a) violation or alleged violation by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of any applicable Environmental LawsLaw; (b) release or threatened release by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or at any facility or upon any property owned or leased or operated by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, of any Hazardous Material, except where occurring legally; or (c) liability or alleged liability of the Borrower or any Subsidiary for the costs of cleaning up, removing, remediating or responding to a release of Hazardous Materials.;
