Common use of Notice of Completion; Commencement of Electric Service Clause in Contracts

Notice of Completion; Commencement of Electric Service. (i) The Customer shall give the Authority not less than ninety (90) days' advance written notice of the anticipated date of completion of an Expansion Project. The Authority will inspect the Expansion Project for the purpose of verifying the status of the Expansion Project and notify Customer of the results of the inspection. The Authority will thereafter commence Electric Service within a reasonable time subject to the other provisions of this Agreement based on applicable operating procedures of the Authority, Customer’s local electric utility and NYISO.
