Notice of Borrowing; Letter of Credit Request. (i) Prior to the making of each Loan, Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.5 or Canadian Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Canadian Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2A.5, as applicable.

Notice of Borrowing; Letter of Credit Request. (i) Prior to the making of each Loan, The Administrative Agent (and, in the case of any Borrowing of Canadian Dollar Loans, the Canadian Lender) shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting satisfying the requirements of Section 2.5 or Canadian 1.03 with respect to any Borrowing of Loans on the Restatement Effective Date; and the Administrative Agent and the Letter of Credit Issuer shall have received a Notice Letter of Canadian Borrowing meeting Credit Request satisfying the requirements of Section 2A.5, as applicable.requirements
