Notice of Auction Results. (a) On each Auction Date, the Auction Agent shall provide to Broker-Dealer the notice required by paragraph (a) of the settlement procedures set forth on Exhibit A hereto (the "Settlement Procedures"). On the Business Day next succeeding such Auction Date, the Auction Agent shall notify Broker-Dealer in writing of the disposition of all Orders submitted by Broker-Dealer in the Auction held on such Auction Date. The Auction Agent, unless instructed otherwise in writing by the Company, is authorized to release the Winning Bid Rate after each Auction for public dissemination
