Common use of Notice of Adjournment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Adjournment. If the meeting is adjourned for more than twenty-four (24) hours, notice of any adjournment to another time or place shall be given prior to the time of the adjourned meeting to the Managers who were not present at the time of adjournment. Otherwise notice of the time and place of holding an adjourned meeting need not be given to absent Managers if the time and place be fixed at the meeting adjourned.

Notice of Adjournment. If the meeting is adjourned for more than twenty-four (24) hours, then notice of any adjournment to another time or place shall be given prior to the time and place of the adjourned meeting shall be given before the adjourned meeting takes place, in the manner specified in Section 3.5 of these Bylaws, to the Managers directors who were not present at the time of the adjournment. Otherwise notice of the time and place of holding an adjourned meeting need not be given to absent Managers if the time and place be fixed at the meeting adjourned.
