Common use of Notice of Accident Clause in Contracts

Notice of Accident. LESSEE agrees to notify OWNER immediately upon the happening of any accident, theft or other occurrence resulting in damage to or otherwise involving the use of a Vehicle by the speediest means of communication available and to cause the driver to make a detailed report in person at OWNER’S office as soon as practicable and to render all other assistance to OWNER and the insurer that is requested by either of them in investigation, defense or prosecution of claims or suits.
