Notice of a General Assembly meeting. The chairperson of the General Assembly shall give notice in writing of a meeting and provide the agenda for such meeting to each General Assembly Member as soon as possible and no later than 21 calendar days, or if it concerns an extraordinary meeting, 10 calendar days, prior to such meeting.
