A form letter, in a mutually agreeable form, to be prepared by Buyer, for each of the Properties, from Sellers to the Tenants of their respective Properties advising the Tenants of the sale of the respective Properties to Buyer, copies of which letters may be distributed by Buyer to the Tenants and other parties;
