Notice Letter Clause Samples

A Notice Letter clause defines the formal process by which one party must notify the other of important matters under the agreement. Typically, it specifies the required method of delivery (such as email, courier, or registered mail), the address to which notices must be sent, and the timeframe within which the notice is considered effective. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, reliable means of communication for significant issues, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether proper notice was given.
