Notice and Reports. Except for those Letters of Credit described on Schedule 2.2(b)-1 which shall be issued on the Closing Date, the request for the issuance of a Letter of Credit shall be submitted by the Borrower to the Issuing Lender at least three (3) Business Days prior to the requested date of issuance (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the Issuing Lender).
