Common use of Notebook or Tablet Computer Clause in Contracts

Notebook or Tablet Computer. The District shall provide Operations Manager with use of a notebook or tablet computer (such as a Surface Pro or equivalent) for District business-use in accordance with District technology use policy. The equipment so provided is the property of the District and the District shall have the right to control the access to, and use of, equipment through its personnel policies, risk management policies or any other policies, and shall also provide Information Technology support as needed to facilitate performance of Operations Manager duties and obligations as an employee of the District.
