Common use of Notary Clause in Contracts

Notary. 33.1. The Parties are aware that the Notary works with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ N.V., the firm that has advised the Seller in this transaction. With reference to the Code of Conduct (“Verordening beroeps- en gedragsregels”) established by the Royal Notarial Professional Organisation (“Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie”), the Parties herewith explicitly agree and consent (i) that the Notary shall execute the Deed of Leasehold and (ii) that the Seller is assisted and represented by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ N.V. in relation to this Agreement and any agreements that may be concluded, or disputes that may arise, in connection therewith.

With reference to the Code of Conduct (“Verordening beroeps- en gedragsregels”) established by the Royal Notarial Professional Organisation (“Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie”), the Parties herewith hereby explicitly agree and consent (i) that that: a. the Notary shall execute any notarial deeds related to this Agreement; and b. the Deed of Leasehold and (ii) that the Seller Purchaser is assisted and represented by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ N.V. NautaDutilh in relation to this Agreement and any agreements that may be concluded, or disputes that may arise, in connection therewithwith this Agreement.
