Common use of Not Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Not Satisfactory. ‌ Employees who are evaluated not satisfactory shall be placed on probation. Not satisfactory shall mean (a) Level 1 (Unsatisfactory) for all teachers; or (b) Level 2 (Basic) if the classroom teacher is on a continuing contract with more than five years of teaching experience and if the level 2 has been received two years in a row or two years within a consecutive three year period. Probation shall be administered in accordance with Article IX, Section 13 of the current collective bargaining agreement as now or hereafter amended.
